Job Description We are seeking a Relationship Manager/Senior Relationship Manager with a background in insurance broking. The role involves recruiting and supporting partners/agents to drive sales through our agency network. Key Responsibilities • Should be from insurance broking background and having 2+ years experience in agency role background. • Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Motor insurance. • Responsible for Recruitment, onboarding and activation of Partners/Agents. • Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents. • Helping Partners/Agents in the sales calls by traveling with them for the same and taking the onus of closure of sales. • Conduct continuous agent training program. Requirements Skills Required • Candidates should have Insurance experience. • Should be willing to travel extensively. • Should be sales driven. • Strong understanding of market trends & competition products. • Good convincing power and good communication skills both verbal and written. Education • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
