The HR Recruiter is responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Requirements • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders. • Maintain accurate records of candidates in Zoho Recruit. • Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements. • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Track and report recruitment metrics such as closures, turnaround time, and conversion ratios.
