Requirements Key Responsibilities • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before handing off to the sales/technical team • Build and maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and target segments • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and presentations • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns in coordination with marketing • Maintain relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-ups and nurturing • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status • Collaborate with the pre-sales technical consultant to hand over qualified, well-briefed leads Skills Required • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with market research capability • Proficiency in Zoho CRM tool and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Target-driven with a proactive, self-starter attitude • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles Benefits • Paid time off • Travel Allowance will be provided • High growth environment
