Experience: 8+ Years Location: US Notice Period: Immediate - 30days Requirements • We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise with 10+ years of experience in Pega Smart Dispute and a strong background in the banking and financial services sector. • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and clarify requirements. • Engage and manage stakeholders across various teams, ensuring alignment on project deliverables. • Propose streamlined workflows and automation or redundancies. • Ensuring the requirements align with business goals • Ensure systems and processes comply with local and international regulations • Identify potential risks and developing mitigation strategies • Keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating the processes accordingly. • Better understand the customer needs and preferences to deliver the right products and services for enhancing customer satisfaction. • Automation mindset for process optimizations, operational efficiency improvements. • A motivated BA with a proven history of delivering the customer centric solutions across various domains in the Banking industry. • Experience in any BPM tool, Pega skill is a bonus for this role. • Experience in software development methodologies such as agile/Scrum.
