Provide high quality, real-time assistance to clients in support of their projects. Additionally, provide support to the leads and the team in completing projects on time with good quality. Essential Qualifications: Graduate (Preferably in Commerce & Accountancy) Technical Qualifications: Proficiency in typing and MS-Office Experience: 0 to 1 year Organization Structure: Report to Associate Client Manager (L5) / Client Manager (L6) Work Schedule: Flexible to work in late evening, night and weekend shift Description of Responsibility Knowledge & Skills / Competencies · Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner · Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Supervisor and Customer service team for appropriate client clarification · Keep your supervisor proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time · Adhere to security and physical access procedures · Check on daily basis for feedback and work processed as per target · Ensure 100% compliance to set processes at all times · Good typing skills and proficient in keyboard functionalities · Knowledge of Accounting concepts is an added advantage · Knowledge of MS Office Suite - Word, Excel is required · Good grammar, comprehension and written communication skills · Adaptability / Flexibility · Understanding of Customer requirements
