The role involves designing scalable Angular applications, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Development • Lead the design and development of scalable Angular applications • Define and implement front-end architecture and best practices • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability Team Leadership • Mentor and manage a team of front-end developers • Conduct code reviews and guide developers on best practices • Drive adoption of modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows Collaboration • Work closely with product, UX, backend teams, and stakeholders • Participate in technical discussions, solution design, and reviews • Support client interactions and project delivery Mandatory Skills • 8–12 years of IT experience with strong Angular development • Expertise in Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/SCSS, and REST API integration • Experience in front-end architecture and design patterns • Hands-on experience with state management (NgRx or similar) • Experience with unit testing (Jasmine/Karma or equivalent) • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies • Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams Good to Have • Experience with AI-powered developer tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) • Exposure to micro-frontend architecture • Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility standards • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Experience in client-facing roles Key Competencies • Strong leadership and ownership mindset • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
