Additionally, you will be needed to work on Open AI and setup our Azure environment for the product. You will also be instrumental in building and growing our tech team. Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using .NET technologies. ● Collaborate with the founders and other team members to define technical requirements and architecture. ● Implement and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. ● Collaborate with the frontend developer to make sure the application integrates and functions seamlessly. ● Lead development of the product with the frontend developer. ● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. ● Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards. ● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality. ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the company. ● Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new technical team members. ● Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. ● Work on Azure OpenAI to setup the infrastructure for the product’s functioning. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ● 6-9 years experience .
