Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our domestic call center team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and with empathy • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. • Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures. • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. • Meet daily and monthly call targets and quality benchmarks. Requirements Requirements: Experience of 0-2 year in a domestic call center Qualifications: • Minimum graduate • Proficiency in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English communication skills. • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage. • Good listening skills and patience. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Benefits NA
