Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support the university’s financial health. The ideal candidate will bring accuracy, integrity, and a problem-solving mindset to the role. Responsibilities • Manage daily accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes • Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports • Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and reimbursements • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning • Maintain compliance with statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and audit requirements • Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals • Support internal and external audits • Maintain accurate records in accounting software/ERP systems Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred) • 1-3 yrs of experience • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. • Proficiency in accounting software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
