Key Responsibilities Communicate with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Understand client requirements, project timelines, and site progress to recommend suitable products and solutions. Pitch relevant products to clients based on their project stage and on-site requirements, ensuring the right solutions are presented at the right time. Confidently present product benefits, address client concerns, negotiate effectively, and close deals successfully. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and regular follow-ups. Handle client inquiries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales activities. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
