• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry pieces. • Handle customer queries effectively and escalate complex issues. • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including features and benefits. • Communicate product value and support store sales targets. • Stay updated on new collections and promotions. • Adapt to shift timings, store requirements, and transfers within the cluster. • Maintain punctuality and take on additional responsibilities as needed. • Support store operations such as deliveries, online orders, packaging, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising. • Ensure the store is clean, presentable, and visually appealing. • Follow SOPs, policies, and theft-prevention protocols. • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations. • Show sensitivity while addressing customer concerns and use good judgment in difficult situations.
