Job Description • End-to-end ownership of marketing communications with ~70% focus on digital & performance marketing • Strong exposure to branding, ATL/BTL, events, project marketing, and corporate communication • Must have held leadership roles such as Marketing Head / Branding Head / Marketing Communications Head or equivalent • Responsible for campaign strategy, ROI, analytics, CRM workflows, website communication, and brand consistency • Lead and manage internal teams, agencies, vendors, and marketing budgets Preferred Background: • FMCG / consumer-driven industries will be preferred Requirements Skill Requirements: • Strong expertise in digital platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO/SEM, analytics, and CRM • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills • Well-versed in Excel, PPT, dashboards, and reporting • Creative, analytical, strategic, and execution-focused
