We are seeking talented ServiceNow GRC/IRM SSEs with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions. The role requires a mix of technical configuration, scripting, and functional knowledge of ServiceNow to deliver scalable solutions in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions and components. • Work on ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, integrations, and CMDB. • Develop and maintain custom applications and automations to enhance IRM capabilities. • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective GRC/IRM solutions aligned with industry best practices. • Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and platform guidelines. Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions. • Strong expertise in JavaScript, RESTful APIs, XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS. • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and configuration methodologies. • Solid understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends and frameworks. • Knowledge of integrations with third-party applications. • Experience with CMDB design and maintenance. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.
