Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Coordinator to support pre-sales activities, engage with potential clients, and assist the sales team in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound leads professionally • Support pre-sales activities and client communication • Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups and conversions • Maintain customer database and CRM updates • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports • Build and maintain strong client relationships Required Qualifications: • BSc / BCom / BBA or relevant degree • Strong verbal and written communication skills Skills Required: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of sales and pre-sales processes • Good organizational and coordination abilities • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Preferred Candidate: • Female candidate • Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
