The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support. Key Responsibilities: ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations. ● Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets. ● Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues. ● Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability. ● Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review. ● Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time. ● Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks. Requirements ● Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations ● Strong coordination and communication skills. ● Hands-on experience in sales support and backend operations. ● Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/CRM tools preferred. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
