As Senior Brand Manager, you will own brand strategy, consumer insights, new product development, campaign execution, and performance management across multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities: •Drive brand vision, positioning and growth strategy. • Identify market opportunities through consumer and competitor research. • Lead New Product Development (NPD) strategy and go-to-market planning. • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, content, media and partnerships. • Build strategic relationships with agencies, vendors and industry partners. • Oversee PR activations, media planning and brand implementation. • Track campaign ROI, KPIs and consumer sentiment. • Monitor product distribution, pricing, market applications and sales estimates. • Create engaging customer-centric content that drives acquisition and retention. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile: • 5+ years of core brand management experience. • Experience in Cosmetics, Skincare, Beauty, FMCG, D2C or Consumer Products. • Strong understanding of the complete marketing mix. • Expertise in brand strategy, campaign management and audience segmentation. • Strong analytical, forecasting and market research capabilities. • Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed B-School preferred.
