Job Description – Junior Graphic Designer Location: Pune (Work from Office; relocation required if outside Pune) Experience Level: 0–2 years About the Role Prachyam Studios is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer with an eye for aesthetics, a passion for design, and the skills to bring creative ideas to life. You’ll work closely with our creative team to design impactful visuals for digital and print platforms. Responsibilities • Design creatives for social media, campaigns, branding, and marketing collateral. • Assist in developing layouts, illustrations, and graphic elements. • Collaborate with copywriters and other team members to create cohesive campaigns. • Adapt and resize designs for multiple platforms while maintaining visual consistency. • Keep up with design trends and apply them thoughtfully to projects. Requirements Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools. • Strong sense of typography, layout, and color theory. • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency. • Good communication skills and openness to feedback. • Motion graphics/video editing knowledge (preferred, not mandatory).
