As an Engagement Principal (EP), you will work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into functional solutions and support successful delivery of enterprise software implementations. What You’ll Do • Understand customer business requirements and solution ideas • Map current (As‑Is) processes and define future‑state (To‑Be) processes • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and design documents • Support Solution Architects with functional and technical specifications • Identify test scenarios and help with test case documentation • Work closely with delivery teams to test and troubleshoot solutions • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production releases • Prepare and deliver customer training sessions • Assist in day‑to‑day project management and tracking deliverables • Create project documentation and status updates • Conduct meetings and presentations with customers and internal stakeholders • Escalate risks and issues when required Requirements What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience as a Project/Program Management or similar role • Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and delivery • Background in Supply Chain Management projects • Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP SD/MM/PP, Oracle), BI, or supply chain planning/execution tools • Exposure to cloud / SaaS solutions • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields Skills That Will Help You Succeed • Strong communication and documentation skills • Confidence working directly with customers • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders • Good understanding of enterprise IT implementations • Willingness to travel within the region as needed Why Consider This Role • Work closely with global enterprise clients • Gain exposure to AI‑enabled decision platforms • Build strong customer‑facing and consulting skills • Collaborate with experienced solution architects and delivery teams • Be part of a high‑growth, innovation‑focused environment
