• Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) • ​Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and talent agencies • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and content approvals • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables with influencers • Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI) • Stay updated with social media trends and emerging influencers • Ensure timely execution of campaigns and reporting Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing / social media • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Good understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystem • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools • Creative thinking and attention to detail
