Position: Company Secretary (CS) Intern/ Article ship Location: Chennai Duration: 21 Months As per ICSI Guidelines (Apprenticeship) Responsibilities: • Assist with Corporate Governance: Support in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Documentation and Record-keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory forms. • Support Board Meetings: Help in organizing and preparing agenda and papers for board meetings. • Filing and Submission: Assist in filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, such as annual returns and changes in directorship. • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on relevant corporate laws, regulations, and industry practices. • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CS team as needed. Requirements: ● Current student pursuing a Company Secretarial course or related field. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ● Good communication skills, both verbal and written. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications: ● Prior internship experience in a corporate environment, if any ● Familiarity with corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements. ● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
