What You’ll Do? • Lead the frontend development of our enterprise AI platform using Next.js (core) and React.js (complementary) • Architect and build robust dashboards and data-intensive interfaces supporting real-time read/write operations at scale • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and consistent UI patterns • Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to bring complex data interactions to life • Translate high-fidelity designs into fast, responsive, cross-browser UIs • Develop reusable components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture • Integrate with APIs, manage application state (Zustand/Redux), and ensure seamless performance across devices • Participate in team standups, code reviews, and product planning discussions • Contribute to frontend performance optimization, load handling, and UX best practices Requirements What We’re Looking For? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just code, but owns the frontend vision-balancing performance, scalability, and user experience in high-data environments.
