• Position: Sales Leader –Defence (GM / DGM) • Industry: Wire & Cable • Location: Delhi NCR & Mumbai • Experience: 15+ years in Sales leadership (Preference for BE + MBA) Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive business growth • Manage and optimize sales territories to maximize coverage and efficiency • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to foster a high-performance culture • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry • Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly Requirements ✔ Strong business acumen in the Defence-Wire & Cable industry ✔ Proven success in creating new business accounts and driving B2B sales ✔ Expertise in negotiating and managing customer relationships ✔ Deep understanding of the regulatory environment and market dynamics ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills
