Primary Responsibilities • Investor Communication: Act as the primary link between the company and the investment community, ensuring clear and timely updates on financial health, strategy, and outlook. • Financial Analysis & Projections: Review, validate, and present business forecasts in an accurate and transparent manner. • Market Engagement: Represent the company at investor meetings, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility. • Stakeholder Networking: Build strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and market intermediaries to improve market reputation. • Annual Report & Disclosures: Lead preparation of corporate reports and ensure compliance with all mandatory disclosure requirements. • Market Intelligence: Track sector trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to guide senior leadership. • Governance: Ensure all IR activities align with regulatory standards and best governance practices. • Advisory to Management: Share insights on market perception and recommend strategies to address investor expectations. Candidate Profile We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably in a listed industrial or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial expertise, credibility with capital markets, proven communication skills, and a track record of engaging effectively with institutional investors. A management degree in finance (MBA/CFA or CA) is preferred.
