Job Description: Ideal candidate will have experience of working as an analyst in venture capital / family office / financial services consulting / professional services firm or start-ups. Excellent communication skills required with the ability to work with start-up founders and venture capital funds. Location: Mumbai Roles and responsibilities: Leading deal sourcing Identify, scout potential portfolio companies; Network with founders, venture capital funds, and industry stakeholders; Conduct primary and secondary research of sectors and emerging trends; Being part of the due-diligence team to evaluate opportunities; Presenting to the team an Investment Memo on the potential investment opportunities; Keeping an eye on the health of the portfolio companies by tracking KPI’s and meeting the founders; Tracking and reviewing all investments including PE/VC funds, PMS/MF’s, debt/venture debt funds; Managing relationship with external advisors and investment bankers
