JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (describe the major duties of the role in the order of importance) Organizing routine servicing schedules • Checking and standardizing instruments to make sure they are accurate • Fitting new parts as & when necessary • Carrying out quality inspections • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns • Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed • Keeping managers informed of progress • Making scheduled checks on machinery, parts & all equipment's as a preventive measures • Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available as an emergency measures • Managing varied workload under pressure & in quick efficient manner • To cooperate and work in team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system. • To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities. • To undertake other jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
