Key Responsibilities: • Operate battery-operated buggies to transport passengers between gates, terminals, and lounges. • Assist elderly, differently-abled, pregnant women, and VIPs as per service protocols. • Coordinate with terminal staff and airline ground teams to ensure timely pickup and drop-offs. • Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of the buggy at all times. • Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety issues immediately to the supervisor. • Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures. • Provide courteous and professional assistance to all passengers. • Maintain trip logs and service records as required. • Ensure smooth flow of passengers while minimizing delays. Requirements • Education: Minimum 10th pass (Higher Secondary preferred) • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service or driving-related roles (preferably at airport/hospitality) • Driving License: Valid LMV license or internal buggy operation certification (training may be provided) • Skills: • Good communication (Hindi & basic English) • Polite, patient, and helpful attitude • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
