Accounting Specialist - QBO Hyderabad/ Vizag - WFO Full Time UK Shift 8 Years experience Job Details: Accounts Payable • Process AP using internal software, Bill.com, and QuickBooks. • Process payments in Bill.com after invoices are reviewed and approved. • Post and record vendor bills, credits, and payment transactions as needed. • Accounts Receivable • Upload AR into QuickBooks. • Record customer deposits and apply them to the correct invoices. • Post journal entries related to AR activity as required. • Follow up internally/externally on funding • General Accounting • Prepare and post necessary journal entries. • Perform monthly bank reconciliations. • Complete credit card reconciliations, including posting all related entries. • Monitor and track account activity, funding availability, and due dates on a daily basis. • Administrative & Communication • Read, manage, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. • Coordinate with internal teams or vendors as needed to resolve issues or obtain missing information.
