Zoho Developer Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–4 Years Location: Hyderabad / India Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid About the Role We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Zoho Developer who can develop, customize, automate, and maintain business solutions using the Zoho platform. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, APIs, and Zoho One applications and should be able to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop and customize solutions using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. • Configure CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, approval processes, and validation rules. • Develop custom functions and business logic using Deluge scripting. • Create automation for business processes across Zoho applications. • Develop applications, forms, reports, pages, and workflows in Zoho Creator. • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON. • Work with Zoho One applications such as CRM, Books, People, Projects, Inventory, Desk, and Analytics. • Develop custom buttons, scripts, reports, dashboards, and notifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Zoho applications and integrations. • Perform data migration, data validation, and synchronization between systems. • Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. • Test and deploy customizations and integrations. • Maintain technical documentation for functions, workflows, integrations, and configurations. • Support users and provide solutions for technical issues. • Work with internal teams to improve business processes through automation. Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM. • Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting. • Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator. • Good understanding of CRM workflows, blueprints, approvals, and automation. • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and third-party integrations. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage. • Good understanding of databases and data handling. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. • Ability to understand business requirements and design solutions. • Good communication and documentation skills. Good to Have • Experience with Zoho Books, People, Projects, Inventory, Desk, and Analytics. • Experience with Zoho Flow. • Experience in Zoho One implementations. • Experience with OAuth and API authentication. • Experience with third-party integrations. • Zoho CRM / Zoho Creator certifications. • Experience working with international clients. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 1–4 years of relevant experience in Zoho development or business application development. • Candidates with strong practical Zoho project experience will be preferred.
