These services are designed to help businesses stay compliant, well-structured, and future-ready, offering support that spans from day-to-day corporate governance to more complex transformation initiatives. Two of the primary services within this group are Compilation Engagements and T2 Corporate Tax Return Preparations. ​ Responsibilities: • Lead teams to complete compilation and tax engagements. • Lead and participate in delivery of training initiatives. • Deliver expert industry and technical expertise in assurance and tax through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations, and the creation of high-quality deliverables. • Manage a portfolio of clients while understanding their business, key risks, and ways to deliver added value; ensure clients’ needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow and develop • Accountable for engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials • Maintain quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify, and address issues relevant to the client’s business, financial entries, and reports • Contribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes • Mentor, motivate, and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. • Build competencies in data analytics reporting and identification of opportunities for relevant client advisory services • Identify possible areas of improvement to internal processes and technologies and collaborate with other internal teams on solutions.
