We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric, visually appealing, and functional products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience and interface while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Requirements • Design Conceptualization • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data. • Copywriting • Write clear, engaging, and user-focused copy that complements the design and guides users effectively. • Ensure consistency and alignment with the product’s tone and brand voice. • Data-Driven Design • Use analytics and user data to refine user flows and optimize the product experience. • Continuously evaluate product performance and make informed design adjustments. • UX/UI Design • Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals. • Map out seamless user flows that improve engagement and satisfaction. • Animation & Motion • Create immersive animations and motion graphics that amplify the product experience • Collaboration • Partner with product managers to align on requirements and goals. • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and copy. • Continuous Improvement • Incorporate feedback from testing and data analysis to refine designs and user flows. • Stay informed on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Requirements • 3+ years of proven experience in UX/UI, motion & product design. • Proficiency in design tools like Figma. • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams. • Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs and business goals. • Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
