• Receive, log, and properly tag all warranty-returned parts from service centres and field operations. • Check the physical condition, completeness, and correctness of all incoming warranty claims. • Identify and address transit-related issues such as damaged, missing, or improperly packed parts. • Maintain organised storage of warranty parts with strict 5S and traceability standards. • Ensure accurate and timely ERP and DMS entries for all warranty transactions. • Coordinate with CQA for warranty approval decisions and provide required claim details. Manage scrapping of failed warranty parts after receiving formal CQA/Quality approval. Follow up with Dealers on pending, delayed, or non-compliant warranty parts. • Issue replacement parts to dealers or service teams as per approved processes. • Maintain MIS for warranty part status, claim closures, and debit notes issued to dealers. • Track and update data on supplier debits processed by CQA/SQA teams. • Collaborate with Service, Quality, CRM, R&D, and Production to support quick closure of warranty cases. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics Engineering. ● 3–5 years of experience in warranty operations, service operations, or parts management (EV/Automotive preferred). ● Strong understanding of EV/automotive components and failure modes. ● Good command of ERP/DMS workflows and documentation standards. ● Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
