We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates. • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent. • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared. • Offer Management: Prepare and extend offer letters to selected candidates, negotiating terms as necessary. • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team. • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). • Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles. • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus. • Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates for cultural fit. • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and stakeholders. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
