TA Intern – Non-IT Recruitment Company: Agrim Location: Udyog Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon Job Type: Internship Working Days: 6 Days a Week Stipend: ₹12,000 per month About the Role Agrim is looking for a TA Intern – Non-IT Recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role will focus on end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate coordination, and achieving monthly hiring closures. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment from sourcing to offer and closure. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Manage stakeholder communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process. Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Support offer rollout, joining coordination, and onboarding activities. Handle multiple open positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures. Requirement Strong communication and coordination skills. Good follow-up and stakeholder management abilities. Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Interest in Non-IT Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. Prior recruitment internship or experience will be an added advantage.
