Support day-to-day CRM operations, including customer queries, follow-ups, and order-related coordination. Maintain accurate customer data, records, and CRM updates while ensuring timely resolution of issues. Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service for smooth order and customer experience. Track CRM reports, pending cases, and operational activities to ensure timely closure and service levels. Excellent Communication Skill
