Key Responsibilities • Login cases to lender portals and keep platform updated with case status • Maintain and update daily MIS, lender trackers, deal trackers and portfolio data with high accuracy. • Support the team in lender coordination and follow-ups for ongoing debt transactions. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely sharing of financials, documents, credit information and other lender requirements. • Track deal movement across different stages and proactively flag pending actions, delays and bottlenecks. • Assist in preparing lender-wise reports, summaries and dashboards. • Ensure all lender communication, documents and data points are properly recorded and organized. • Support the team in post-sanction / disbursement activities, including documentation and follow-ups. • Identify gaps in existing processes and help build standardized and efficient operating processes. • Handle multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
