Key Responsibilities: • TPM Implementation: Drive TPM pillars (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement) to improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). • Preventive/Predictive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for Induction Furnaces, Molding Machines, and Core Shooters. • Breakdown Management: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and breakdown elimination to minimize downtime. • Spare Parts Optimization: Manage inventory to reduce costs while ensuring machine availability. • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety norms (Lockout/Tagout) and environmental regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills: • BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. • Hands-on experience in foundry machinery maintenance (Induction melting, sand plant, molding). • Strong knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and PLC programming (Siemens preferred). • Proven ability to lead teams and drive Kaizen activities.
