Position: Executive / Engineer - IT Department: Information Technology (IT) Reports To: IT Manager Key Responsibilities • Provide IT support to office and shop-floor users. • Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, Scanners and networking devices. • Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity. • Manage user accounts, email IDs and access rights. • Data backup, antivirus and system security monitoring. • Support ERP / CCTV systems. • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support. • Maintain IT asset and service records. Quality & Safety • Ensure data security and system uptime. • Follow IT security and company data protection policies. • Support audits and IT compliance activities. Required Skills & Competencies • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking and software installation. • Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and email configuration. • Basic understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi networking. • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification & Experience • Any graduate /ITI stream holder. • 0 to 1 years experience in IT support / system maintenance.
