The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the unit, including recruitment, training and development. Key Responsibilities. 1. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment. 2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. 3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development. 4. Employee Communications: Develop and implement internal communications strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, including company news, policies, and benefits. 6. Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and performance records. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 3.
