Key Responsibilities: Patient Engagement: Connect with patients at the first point of contact to build trust, understand their concerns, and establish clear communication. Medical & Service Assessment: Analyze the patient’s medical condition, preferences, and background to determine how HexaHealth can best support them. Treatment & Hospital Guidance: Recommend the most suitable doctors and hospitals, and arrange consultations based on the patient’s specific needs. End-to-End Case Management: Coordinate the complete patient journey—from consultation to surgery—ensuring timely updates and continuous support. Business & Revenue Impact: Drive conversions by effectively closing patient cases and contributing directly to revenue and organizational growth.
