Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with 3 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, development, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that delight customers and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Planning: o Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. o Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities. o Translate business objectives into actionable product goals and deliverables. 2. Product Development: o Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. o Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams. o Monitor progress and resolve bottlenecks during the product development lifecycle. 3. Stakeholder Management: o Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and development teams. o Communicate product updates, release plans, and feedback loops effectively to all stakeholders. o Balance competing priorities and ensure alignment across all teams. 4. Performance & Feedback: o Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success. o Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product. o Conduct post-launch reviews and implement learnings into future product cycles. 5. Market & Customer Focus: o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. o Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation. o Advocate for the customer to ensure the product delivers value and a great user experience. Qualifications: Experience: 3 6 years of experience in product management or related roles. Education: MBA is a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and data analysis tools. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs, behavior, and market dynamics. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements clearly.
