General Skills Required • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your own work to deadlines • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and business stakeholders • Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team as well as independently and report on status of own work • Expert experience in validating requirements and mapping them to standard solutions • Openness to challenging the status quo and presenting innovative solutions • Seasoned experience working with integration & other system developers to ensure solutions function E2E • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and late-stage changes happen • Familiarity working in an agile and scrum environment • Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities in your areas of responsibility • Take ownership over mistakes and challenges as an opportunity to develop additional skills Education and Experience • 10+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms • Currently spending most time as a hands-on developer • Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent work experience • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred but not required
