Designation – QA Supervisor-IQA Location – Gandhinagar Job Responsibilities: • • Inspect incoming materials and products for quality and compliance. • Perform tests and measurements using appropriate equipment. • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. • Identify and report non-conforming products or materials. • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues. • Work with internal teams to maintain and improve quality standards. • Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes. • Good knowledge of ISO9001:2015 quality standards and vendor rating system. • Highly motivated, quick thinking, and able to convey ideas and present unconventional solutions to unique problems • Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be positive, and be people oriented • Consultative approach to problem solving to provide solutions and make independent judgements for process improvement • Demonstrated competence in working with diverse personnel to resolve issues with short deadlines What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) Skills: • Quality Inspection • Document Management • Testing Equipment Proficiency • Attention to Detail • Technical Documentation • Problem-Solving • Supplier Collaboration • Good analytical Skill. • Knowledge of Microsoft presentation, Excel Work Experience: • 1-2 year in Any Good Organisation work for IQA Executive. • Have good knowledge for Inward Material Testing and Vendor Rating Process.
