PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Deputy Manager-Installation plays a crucial role in ensuring successful and efficient installation of wind turbines, contributing to the overall success of the projects. 3. COMMUNICATION The post holder will be in contact with: • Internal- HO, Land, Engineering, Procurement, PMO • External- Vendors & OEM’s 4. PROFILE • Qualification: Diploma/BTech/M.Tech-Mechanical only • Experience: 10+ years of experience • Knowledge: Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the renewable energy industry, Knowledge of Project Management • ICT Skills: MS Office • Other Skills: Good communication and coordination skills • Abilities: Problem solving abilities, Quick Thinking, Decision Making • Language English, Hindi 5. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES i. Maintenance and Inspection • Performing inspections and maintenance on turbine towers, blades, and nacelles. • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions. • Replacing worn or malfunctioning components. ii. Data Collection and Analysis • Collecting data for research and analysis to improve turbine efficiency and safety. iii. Safety Compliance • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations in all maintenance practices. iv. Equipment Operation • Operating machinery and equipment required for turbine maintenance and repair. v. Collaboration and Teamwork • Working closely with other team members and experts in the field.
