You Do : • Research Product domain, Target Market, Competitive landscape to profile customer and identify their pain points. • Develop Product Strategy considering brand’s position and business advantage towards best product-market fit. • Write clear and detailed feature specification along with its value proposition for business as well as customer. • Collaborate with User experience(UX) designer and engineering team to translate defined specification to real features in the product. • Contribute to Marketing for effective communication strategy. • Review the developed product continuously and bring micro level continuous improvement. You Have : • 4+ years of experience in area of Product Management or similar profile. • Natural and Innovative thinker who can think and realize customer’s problem and develop product specification as solution. • Strong Analytical skills to research and understand market and competition to arrive at conclusive decisions in the product. • Understanding technology and current trends to innovate the product. • Detailed Oriented Personality who can closely review the developed product against specification and improve quality.
