We are disrupting a $50 Billion industry with our ecosystem play of building Market Linkages and providing access to Financial Services. Mission statement:- We are disturbed everytime when we read that a patient couldn't be saved by a Hospital / Doctor’s clinic in a tier 3 location because of lack of access to the right medicines. With its commerce platform, Care.Fi is solving this problem, enabling hospitals to buy Pharma at a click of a button & also enabling the transaction through our financing platform. Role Details: We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to work on our Product & Platform Strategy. Responsibilities: • Manage the product lifecycle from defining roadmap, defining use-case, writing PRDs, managing development and release, tracking metrics and product growth • Demonstrate a strategic approach to what's important to the business, work in high-pressure situations, and be able to prioritize tasks quickly in ambiguous situations • Track industry and marketplace trends to continually assess and enhance product and the user experience • Translate product strategy into detailed user stories and prototypes through collaboration with other teams • Define and document product features • Conduct user research and analyse data to develop a deep understanding of the needs of current and potential customers • Manage product features delivery in an Agile development environment • Work closely with the Engineering & Product Design team to document wireframes, design, and user experience • Manage the QA and testing process and work with the team to ensure all features are tested and functioning properly Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, building web and mobile apps • Demonstrated experience in generating ideas for new features and enhancements and the ability to execute on those ideas • Proven track record driving cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time • Prior experience in Fintech is a plus Who are we looking for?
