Job Description Residential Aide Description Residential Aide will have to be able to provide mentorship, guidance and support to young adolescents males. The ideal candidate will be able to respond calmly during difficult situations. Requirements include: • Minimum 2-3years experience working with homeless, disabled or impoverished populations; • BA preferred or equivalent • Strong communication skills • Passing a criminal background check Job Duties and Responsibilities • Performs hourly rounds of the facility to ensure that the building is safe. • Maintains high operational standards within the home. • Provides guidance, support and ensures that practical needs of residents are met.
