Description Perform the duties of the technical lead for the relevant Service Tower, act as the subject matter expert for various related disciplinary topics as they relate to the Service Tower, perform overall quality review, reviews adherence to SLA’s, tracks and updates key performance metrics as needed. Is responsible for administering the Enterprise Monitoring Systems and utilizing them to monitor Systems and application availability. Evaluates and recommends improvements to the current monitoring infrastructure environment to maximize performance and availability of Systems and applications.
