We also own a B2B supply platform WHAYN.com Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: • Manage large number of incoming and outgoing calls • Identify and assess the customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction • Take orders from the customer over the calls • Communicate and coordinate with other colleagues as and when necessary • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints within time limits, take follow ups • Build sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) Qualifications Desired Qualifications: • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Good listening & problem-solving skills • Good interpersonal & multi-tasking skills • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines • Any graduate/diploma with good knowledge of Word, Excel, Emails. • Preference will be given to candidates with graduation in Biotechnology/Microbiology/pharmacy • Preferred candidates from Gurgaon location Additional Information Working Conditions: 1. 6 days in a week 2. Timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm(Office Timings) 3. Travelling will not be there
