Takes personal responsibility and initiative for performance and for professional growth and development. Qualifications Education / Experience: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. At least one year Operating Room experience or participation in the post-graduate program required. Refresher course required for nurses who have not worked in an Operating Room or five years or more. Licensure, Certification and / or Registration: Current licensures to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina, CNOR preferred, BCLS required.
