Full description
Make a meaningful difference in your community as part of the Douglas County Community Response Team (CRT). The Community Response Team (CRT) is a collaborative Co-Responder crisis intervention program serving individuals throughout Douglas County who are experiencing mental health, substance use or school-based crises. CRT brings together behavioral health professionals, law enforcement, resource specialists and community partners to provide compassionate, timely support when individuals and families need it most. As a CRT Clinician, you will work side-by-side with an assigned law enforcement partner, responding together in a law enforcement vehicle to crisis situations throughout the community. If you are a compassionate clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable working in the field and wants to make a direct and meaningful impact in the lives of others, we invite you to consider joining the CRT team. The CRT operates seven days a week, with shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Most teams follow a 4x10 schedule, though exact hours vary by team. Specific shift details, including assigned team schedules, will be discussed during the interview process. Generally, the hiring range is $68,953 - $86,191, annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary. Your future is important to us.
